Come get into the holiday spirit at an event which benefits all elementary, middle school, and high school bands within the Hampton Township School District
Be sure to invite your friends and family to an event that offers something for everyone. Music will be provided throughout the day by students from the 5th Grade Elementary Band, the 8th grade Middle School Band, and the High School Wind Ensemble.

Holiday Extravaganza Cookie Walk Cookie Sign ups!
Calling All Bakers! Parents, Grandparents, Aunts, Uncles, Family, Friends and Neighbors. The famous Holiday Extravaganza Cookie Walk is upon us and we are hoping to add your family's favorite homemade cookies to our amazing tables.
The cookie walk raises thousands of dollars for the Hampton Band programs across the district. We are looking for cookie donations from all band families: elementary, middle and high school, including guard, dance team and the indoor winter programs. We have a goal of 10,000 cookies this year, so it will take our entire community to reach that goal.
If you can help, please sign up below. You can choose from one of the cookie types listed, or add your own favorite cookie. Each donation = 48 cookies (or 4 dozen) of the same type. You are welcome to sign up for more than one type. We do want to make sure we have a wide variety, and thus listed cookie types have limited slots.
If possible, please plan to bring your donation plated on a holiday tray (from the Dollar Store works great) or a disposable container.
Please sign-up by Nov 20th, so we can plan ahead. Additional instructions are contained in the sign-up. Thank you SO much for helping to continue the cookie walk tradition.

Photos with Frosty
We are looking for 1-2 Who helpers to assist in photographing children with Frosty by running a laptop and printer. If you think you would be able to help from 9-2 or half of that, please email info@hamptonbands.org.

Holiday Extravaganza Shout Outs
Give a "Shout-Out" to your favorite Hampton Band member, group, or section!
For $5, we will include a line or two of (appropriate) text in our Event Program to be distributed at the 2024 Hampton Bands' Holiday Extravaganza scheduled for Saturday, December 7, 2024.

The HBA reserves the right to delete any offensive or inappropriate content. If you want to purchase more than one Shout-Out, please fill out a new form for each one.

Basket Raffle Donations
The HBA is collecting donation items to put in baskets for a silent auction. We have listed a few basket themes and suggested items below. Items listed are not an exclusive list, so feel free to change it up and be creative. If you would like, you can claim an entire basket theme and build as you please. Please respond in comments which items for the basket you intend to donate or if you are covering the entire theme.
Gift cards are welcome as basket items- to donate a gift card as a basket item, please list the business and amount in the comments of your sign up. If you are obtaining donated items/gift cards from a local business/restaurant, please list that business/restaurant and the items or donated gift card amount in the comments of your sign up.
Basket items will be dropped off to the High School on Friday, December 6th from 4:00 to 6:30 p.m. OR, donations are welcome earlier by contacting Jennifer Blakeley @ blakeleyfamily5@gmail.com. Thank you!!

Band Dad & Craft Donations
We are looking for folks to donate some items for our Band Dad's Cafe. If you can help please sign up below.
For Cafe items, please drop off at the High School on Friday December 2nd from 4:00pm - 7:00pm in the cafeteria.

*Reminder: All marching band families, including guard and dance team, have an annual adult volunteer requirement, which is comprised of two general volunteer events and one for Holiday Extravaganza. (If you chaired an activity/fundraiser, that counts as two general and if you chair HE, that counts as all three. There also was an option to pay a fee to opt out).
Thank you to everyone who has helped already this year and for the robust sign-ups for HE to come. It’s so appreciated!!
If you have not completed your two general volunteer requirements (or signed up for the few additional opportunities yet to come) there’s only little more time to do so before invoices for the opt-out volunteer fee will be sent out. (We need some help with banquet set up and clean up and the indoor Winterguard show hosted at Hampton will need volunteers)
Donations of items is greatly appreciated and it helps keep dues lower and maximizes fundraising, however, donations do not count towards your volunteer requirement. Fundraising is also separate from the volunteer requirement. If you have any questions, please email vppersonnel@hamptonbands.org
